yumm, I've got a new favorite drink: "Iced Caramel Americano Con Leche" - or just "iced Coffee with milk and a shot of caramel".
1. Start with one oz of Caramel syrup.
2. Add 3 shots of King Midas espresso.
3. Add ice and stir.
4. Add just enough milk.
5. 'swirl' it a bit.

Try this one:
Two ristretto shots of espresso (about 2 oz.)
Honey to taste
2 oz. cold heavy cream
Fresh ground nutmeg on top
Chill & serve.
